Overview

7th April 2015

In the mid-1970’s, the estate house of Hidden Valley Inn was built by Julian “Bull” Headley as a family vacation home. It remained in the family for over thirty years until 2001, when the Roe family purchased the lodge, restored and renovated it. The current management team bring years of experience to the lodge, coming from careers in Botswana managing upscale lodges and running luxury safaris.

The biodiversity of Hidden Valley Reserve is vast. The terrain includes steep ravines, five major waterfalls, jungle, pine and rainforest…all unique habitats teeming with life. Around half of Belize’s bird species population has been identified in the vicinity, along with more than 40% of Belize’s non-marine mammals, including all five of Belize’s cat species.

With 90 miles of private, well maintained trails for hiking and mountain biking, bring your binoculars and enjoy the wild!
