Located on the second floor of the main lodge, the Green Parrot Bistro has a tree house style setting with expansive views and ocean breezes. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and the style is is ‘Euro-Caribbean fusion cuisine’, featuring home-made pasta dishes, local seafood, imported meats and locally sourced produce.
Not to be missed dishes include the lobster bisque (when in season), the ‘Grouper Con Mariscos’ (pan seared grouper stuffed with seafood, served with a creamy chardonnay reduction) and the ‘Frozen Tropical Tundra’, the ultimate frozen key lime pie made with fresh picked limes.
The Green Parrot Bar has outdoor seating and offers bar service at the pool, on the beach or by the end of the dock. The margaritas are legendary!
