Booking enquiryVilla Sand is designed using native non-endangered materials for dark mahogany floors and hand hewn walls in an open two bedroom, two bath layout. The villa is a single story modern building with fine finishes, thatched porches and high mahogany ceilings in the local style.
Two double bedrooms:
- King size beds.
- Screened porches off each bedroom.
- Each large en suite has warm toned rustic terrazzo floors, hand painted walls and hand crafted Mexican tile. Both baths have tiled walk-in showers, indigenous antiques and custom standing wooden sinks.
Living area:
- Villa Sand features a unique driftwood art piece and handmade lamp shades using linen paper on a natural wood base. Furnishings and linens are tasteful and classic using light-toned linen, cotton and canvas fabrics suited to the casual Latin – Caribbean beach environment.
- The villa features a wide wooden deck at the entry along with two screened porches facing the ocean off each bedroom. Decor is rustic/modern with authentic Guatemalan antiques, artisan crafted wooden tables and artworks.
Nightly rates:
Low season: 1 May to 19 December – US $400 + 9% tax & 5% service charge
High season: 3 January to 30 April – US $500 + 9% tax & 5% service charge
Peak season: 20 December to 2 January – US $600 + 9% tax & 5% service charge
Rates include:
- Round trip transfers from San Pedro Airstrip.
- Transportation to and from San Pedro on regular, scheduled runs.

- La Perla Resort requires a 3 night minimum stay, however, exceptions may be made based on availability.
