Topaz, La Perla

Topaz is a spectacular three bedroom, three story villa, surrounded with palm trees and a magnificent stretch of sandy beach, with panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and lagoon.

Three double bedrooms:

• A beautiful mahogany spiral staircase leads from the living room to the gigantic master bedroom. There you will find a large walk-in closet, a king sized Indonesian bed and an antique desk and chair. The bathroom has a large shower with handmade tiles and sink from Mexico.
• Large second bedroom featuring wood beam ceilings, mahogany custom king bed, antique armoire, a built-in closet and enclosed verandah with hammock. The very spacious bathroom has double hand-painted sinks, a big shower and large ottoman to relax on.
• The Greek bedroom is ideal for teens or kids (one double and one single bed).
• All bedrooms are en suite.  There is also a charming full bathroom.

Living area:

• Fully equipped kitchen, with beautiful Mexican tiles and an 18th century wooden dining table that seats 10 people.
• Family room, which is furnished with a built-in sofa with the finest Guatemalan fabric, a beautiful coffee table and an adjoining enclosed verandah with an Indonesian seating area over-looking the tropical pool.
• TV room with large flat screen TV, sofa and a jacuzzi for two facing your favorite movies. The walls are hand painted giving a warm ambiance to this room.
• Separate access is available to the two sun bathing bed terraces, with their breathtaking view to the Caribbean Sea and reef, as well as the outstanding sunsets over the lagoon.

Nightly rates:

Low season: 1 May to 19 December – US $550 + 9% tax + 5% service charge

High season: 3 January to 30 April – US $750 + 9% tax + 5% service charge

Peak season: 20 December to 2 January – US $850 + 9% tax + 5% service charge

Rates include:

• Round trip transfers from San Pedro Airstrip.
• Transportation to and from San Pedro on regular, scheduled runs.
