The festivities that mark the start of the lobster season in mid June run for seven whole days on the island of Ambergris Caye. Restaurants host themed evenings to demonstrate their lobster cooking creativity, alongside fishing tournaments, food stalls, live music and lots of dancing. Lobster Fest is one of the most fun events throughout the year in Belize and not to be missed.
