Lobster season opened with a frenzy of catching and culinary activity! ‘Dead Shot Danny’ ensured his sailing guests were well fed with the freshest catch… and some delicious highlights on the island of Ambergris Caye included Vietnamese lobster spring rolls from Two Tree Banh Mi, lobster artichoke dip at Finn & Martini and lobster sliders from Casa Picasso.
