Andy Stockbridge
Andy, a native Brit started sailing Hobie Cats and Lasers in the mid 80’s. After a couple of sailing vacations in the Mediterranean he decided that it was time to break his ties with England and travel the world. On a yacht delivery from Rhode Island to San Francisco he discovered Belize and returned in 1991, which was the beginning of his career as a SCUBA Instructor. This led to running two dive operations, managing two offshore dive resorts and a marine research facility. During this time he also skippered Dive boats, sailing charters and obtained his Yachtmaster Offshore 200 ton license in 1998. In 2012 he became a DAN Instructor for Basic Life Support, Advanced Oxygen, Diving First Aid and On-site Neurological Assessment for Divers.
Andy brings over twenty years of experience to the company and enjoys sharing his passion for sailing, windsurfing, kite boarder and the marine environment with his guests.
Kainie Manuel
Kainie is a resident ‘San Pedrano’, hailing from the perfect white sandy beaches of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. Kainie has worked in the hospitality business her whole life as a Divemaster, a Tour Guide and also comes from a family of restaurateurs, so brings her passion for Belize and delectable cuisine to Belize Sailing Vacations.
Kainie also runs her own marketing and media business, showcasing the many treasures of Belize. Kainie is a passionate host and will make you feel like you have been family for years.
