Jason Frankle
Jason has been a boat captain in Belize since early 2008 and a sailing captain for Belize Sailing Vacations since late 2011.
Hailing from ski towns in the US, Jason spent 6 year on Ambergris Caye, running villa provisioning, property management and concierge businesses, so is well versed in guest services and all the details needed to create the most memorable vacation experiences.
In addition to his passion for sailing, Jason is an avid kite boarder, plus enjoys all that the waters of Belize offer including deep-sea fishing, reef fishing and fly-fishing. Guests looking to relax on their catamaran while catching a mackerel or snapper are in for a great time!
Cori Sterrenberg
Chef Cori is a Canadian who found her home in Belize, living for over 5 years in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. With a passion for Asian cuisine and having realised a gap in the market in the offerings in San Pedro, Cori opened a small kitchen out of a local pub serving Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. Having achieved ratings as high as #2 on Trip Advisor and a huge following, Cori expanded her culinary field to offer private chef services, taking on kitchens at the most luxurious private villas in the country, serving gourmet international cuisine for up to 20 guests at a time.
Cori is now a full time member of the Belize Sailing Vacations team and brings her a wealth of culinary experience, passion and sense of adventure to our charters. She is also very fond of entertaining and sharing her Belize experiences with our guests to ensure they have the most memorable vacation.
