Pearl (5 bedrooms)

Luxury is evident throughout this spectacular villa, which exhibits local art and Guatemalan design using indigenous materials, combined with tasteful furnishings. Pearl is custom designed with island comfort in mind and artfully painted walls. Highlights include two screened porches with hand-woven hammocks, three private patios, a formal dining room and two large upper decks with views to the east and west.

Ruby (5 bedrooms)

Mayan influences define this beautiful villa, with indigenous tile work, mahogany floors, local art and fabric finishes. All of the five bedrooms are en-suite and the master opens onto two private patios. An eclectic dining room has seating for ten and hand-woven hammocks await you in one of the screen-in porches. One of the hidden highlights of this villa is the Jacuzzi, located in the downstairs entertainment room, complete with a sofa and wide screen TV.

Opal (5 bedrooms)

Villa Opal is an elegant five bedroom, four bathroom villa. This is a villa for those that like to cook (or be cooked for) and its treasure trove features include a formal dining room which splits off into a screened in porch, an ideal spot for cocktails before dinner, a large deck complete with barbecue, and an outdoor dining area. Downstairs opens up to a huge family room complete with pool table and entertainment living room with large screen TV and access to deck, featuring a double swing chair and an outdoor shower. (The 5th bedroom shares an ensuite with the 4th bedroom).

Amethyst (4 bedrooms)

Amethyst Villa has four en suite bedrooms and a distinctively Moroccan style, with a showcase “bird’s nest” master suite on the villa’s third level with a master bath, two private sun decks and stunning ocean views. The main level features a large open-flow living room, gourmet kitchen, two large bedrooms featuring private bathrooms and screened lounging areas for some serious languishing.

 

Topaz (3 bedrooms)

Topaz is a ‘global showpiece’, filled with treasures from around the world – antique armoires, Mexican tiles, Guatemalan fabrics, 18th century Indonesian tables and the impressive master suite on the third floor features a king sized Indonesian antique bed, desk and chair.

The further bedrooms comprise another king room and a ‘Greek’ bedroom where the beds are built into the walls, with one double and one single, ideal for kids, plus two signature enclosed verandahs with hammocks, over-looking the tropical pool. The ground floor has the added benefit of a TV room with large flat screen TV, sofa and a jacuzzi for two, so you can luxuriate whilst watching your favourite vacation movies.

Sand (2 bedrooms)

Villa Sand is features dark (non-endangered) mahogany floors and hand hewn walls in an open two bedroom, two bath layout. Each large en suite bedroom has king beds, warm toned rustic terrazzo floors, hand painted walls and Mexican tile. With unique driftwood art pieces, handmade lamp shades using linen paper on a natural wooden bases, light-toned linens, cotton and canvas fabrics, the villa has a classic Latin – Caribbean beach ambience.

Amber (2 bedrooms)

Villa Amber has two en suite bedrooms and features a wide deck at the entry along with two screened porches facing the ocean off each bedroom. The interior is contemporary, with a Moroccan twist.  The king bedrooms feature two screened porches facing the Caribbean sea, rustic terrazzo floors, hand painted walls and hand crafted Mexican tile.

Emerald (2 bedrooms)

Villa Emerald is a charming two bedroom villa offering an open living room with beamed ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, tile flooring throughout and two screened porches that open to the ocean. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and has a colorful en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom and opens onto a screened porch with a hand-woven hammock. Villa Emerald is tastefully decorated with local artwork and furnished with antiques and indigenous materials.
