As a professional sailor and sail loft owner, I have to say that my charter experience with Belize Sailing Vacations was incredible. As part of the yachting community I have known Sherry and Cliff and their son, Cliff for over 20 years .I have great respect for their yachting expertise as well as their personal qualities. We had an incredible week of trade wind sailing, trolling for dinner, diving and snorkeling along the reef and island hopping. Belize is truly a water wonderland to discover. The Hol Chan experience is not to be missed! As for cuisine, you will enjoy the ultimate in gourmet Caribbean dining. We had such a great time that I was inspired to make a new asymmetrical spinnaker as a gift to the yacht. Needless to say we will be coming back shortly to test it out ourselves. The Wilson family runs a first class charter operation. Their local knowledge and their genuine hospitality made our experience very special.
If you love the water, love to sail, swim, snorkel, or scuba, this is for you! Want to relax, kickback and enjoy the scenery, this is for you! This is the vacation that your crew will tailor to meet your desires. Our captain, Genevieve, and first mate, Carrie, were the best and made our vacation fabulous. We did what we wanted when and if we wanted. Genevieve and Carrie were professional, competent and lots of fun. To top it off, the food was outstanding. This is the vacation my husband and I wished we could have afforded when we were younger. Want a vacation you’ll be talking about for years … this is it!!! Don’t make my mistake, travel light (duffel bags, no suitcases). Enjoy!! Thank you Genevieve, Carrie and Cliff.
