Lobster season in Belize runs from June 15th to February 15th and the start of the season sees celebrations running across the main coastal hubs from Ambergris Caye in the north to Placencia in the south.
The culinary anti is upped on Ambergris Caye, where various restaurants host themed evenings, events and parties. To take full advantage of this AB has crafted an itinerary during the Lobsterfest celebrations in June to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Highlights of the itinerary include ‘catch & cook’ lobster lunches, a lobster cooking master class and a lobster ‘chef’s table’ tasting dinner, all mixed with plenty of time on the water to swim, snorkel, relax…. and digest.
