Every year, June marks the start of the lobster harvesting season for the Caribbean Spiny Lobster. And while the pandemic halted festivities last year, they are back on track! This year, however, the season will be opening on July 1st, 2021.

The most sought-after beach destinations in the country ‐ Ambergris Caye, Caye Caulker, and Placencia ‐ are abuzz in anticipation of Lobsterfest, a three-day celebration of the world’s favorite edible crustacean.
